Gift Certificates Available

Are you interested in making your own butter and soft cheeses at home? We will be making a delicious cream cheese, 30 minute mozzarella, ricotta, and butter. Please join us for this hands-on learning experience and be inspired to create you own home made dairy foods. 20 people maximum for each class.

         WHEN: Saturday, November 5th, 2011 from 9-11:30a (CLASS IS FULL)

         WHEN: Saturday, December 3rd, 2011 from 9-11:30a POSTPONED

         WHEN: Saturday, January 28th, 2012 from 9-11:30am

         WHERE: Grassfields Chapel at 14380 60th Avenue Coopersville, MI 49404

         WHAT to bring: pen/notebook, empty jar or container for buttermilk or whey if you desire

         WHAT you will get: recipes, mozzarella making supplies. You will also get to taste the cheeses that we make. Yum!

Private cheese classes are also available. $300 per class and you can have up to 10 people. Have a fun time with your friends learning cheese making!

 Cost of class: $40, includes a $10 gift card to the Grassfields Farm Store!
