Are you interested in making your own butter and soft cheeses at home? We will be making a delicious cream cheese, 30 minute mozzarella, ricotta, and butter. Please join us to learn and be inspired to create you own home made dairy foods. 18 people maximum for each class.

Private cheese classes are also available. $200 per class and you can have up to 10 people. Have a fun time with your friends learning cheese making!

WHAT to bring: pen/notebook, empty jar or container for buttermilk or whey if you desire

WHAT you will get: recipes, hairnet, mozzarella making supplies. You will also get to taste the cheeses that we make. Yum!
